When booking a repair, we ask that you please provide as much information about the issue as you can, such as any error codes, pictures of the equipment, and the make or model. This helps us better understand the issue and may allow us to ensure we have the correct part in the truck when heading out to your location.
Please note, there is an assessment fee applied for our initial visit. This fee covers the cost of our repair technician and travel expenses incurred. On some occasions, we are able to repair the issue on the initial visit which is covered in this fee. However if not, the assessment does provide you a written diagnosis and quotation for the repair.
