Jeff, the owner, is very responsive to inquiries and the very few times that I have had an issue it has been resolved promptly. Jeff went above and beyond in assisting with and accommodating the installation of my new pool heater this past year. Jeff responds quickly to questions and it is obvious that good customer service and satisfaction are a priority for him. Very pleased with the excellent service we received from Jeff and his company. We had them come out and clean, refill, and repair some broken jets on our hot tub. He went above and beyond, answering all my questions and even took time to give me a refresher course on properly maintaining hot tubs. Our hot tub has never looked or run better! He found a hard to find replacement part and even ordered extra parts for us to have on hand if needed. We will certainly be calling for regular servicing, as we could not be happier with the friendly and professional service we received!"
